Technium Space doesn’t just offer bespoke steel-frame prefabricated buildings for residential and commercial applications.
Nor are we limited to the manufacture and supply of just advanced-stage 2D Modular section format buildings.
Unique to ourselves, we also offer prefabricated and modular buildings in different steel-frame prefabricated construction formats and building types.
Some formats can be applied to a variety of end-use requirements and projects.
Others being more specific to certain end-use / applications.
Between them, and whatever your dream, we have a multitude of suggestions and innovative solutions for every project and requirement, wherever in the world it may be.
So starting with our most commonly requested format
(and that is most commonly referred to throughout this website) . . . . . . .
2D ADVANCED-STAGE PREFABRICATED MODULAR-SECTION
The unique format we have become known for, and is the format most commonly requested.
This is available in two variants for optimisation of choice, economy and construction efficiency.
Either:
- Easily-manageable, easy-build 600mm panel widths. – A real Game-Changer for Builders, Developers and Home DIYers! (Do It Yourself)

- Or with bespoke panel sizes of up to many metres in width, for larger, more complex, high-rise and more specification-critical projects etc.
Between them providing maximum adaptability and flexibility for all types and styles of individual bespoke-design, residential, rental, vacation and commercial projects.
Be it for villas, houses, apartments, developments, resorts, hotels, vacation homes and retirement villages.

With ‘2D’ flexibility, there are no restrictive or fixed sizes or dimensions to Technium Spaces’ advanced-stage modular section wall elements. All are individually bespoke manufactured to the individual project.
Our unique and innovative concept means structures of all shapes, sizes and totally unique and individual designs and styles can be produced, supplied to be both thermally and structurally globally suitable, and the ability to be rapidly completed anywhere, in an environmentally and energy efficient manner.
3D FULLY MODULAR CONSTRUCTION (PPVC)
A VAST RANGE OF OF POSSIBLE USES AND END-APPLICATIONS
This is an entirely different sector of the ‘Prefabricated’ building concept.
ALL modular buildings are prefabricated. But NOT ALL prefabricated buildings are modular.
(Although very uniquely, Technium Spaces’ are.)
What’s the Difference? In very simple terms:
Think of a wall. It has length and height. – It is ‘flat’. That’s ‘2D’. (See – ‘High Quality Structures‘)
Now think of a room or a ‘container’. It has walls on all sides, plus a floor, and a ceiling or roof.
It has volume. That’s a ‘3D‘ module.
(Or PPVC to be specific. – ‘PPVC’ stands for Prefabricated Pre-finished Volumetric Construction.
– ‘Modules’ delivered in a very advanced-stage of completion.)
No longer simply ‘containers’. – The concept has evolved to allow for endless uses, applications, specifications, appearances and finishes.
Although individual module dimensions (ISO) do remain somewhat ‘restricted’, imagination and connectivity still allows for endless combinations and styles.
Multiple units connected for temporary or sheltered housing. Or for site accommodation, shower blocks, offices and mess dining halls.
Higher specification, with imaginative design and appearance, stacked multi-level and forming student apartment blocks or even 4 star hotels.
Single units for site offices, pop-up shop units, coffee bars, restaurants, retail malls or camp / vacation site accommodation modules.
Or indeed, bespoke design for permanent and very individual and unique residential homes in an endless combination of shapes and heights.
In all instances, delivered, quickly connected and completed for occupation or use.
And in many instances, removable and re-sitable as well.
TAKING THE CONCEPT ONE STAGE FURTHER . . . . VOLUMETRIC 'Connoisseur'
These are NOT restricted to the standard 'ISO' dimensions
Although not for every client or indeed every project, our Volumetric ‘Connoisseur Homes’, are also delivered as completed / pre-formed 3D modules.
But the ‘Connoisseur‘ format offers the opportunity for the very rapid on-site completion of high-end, high-specification, and importantly, totally bespoke design, shape and dimension, Fully Modular Volumetric buildings and houses.
Unlike 3D Fully Modular, Volumetric ‘Connoisseur‘ homes are NOT restricted to the standard ‘ISO’ dimensions. (i.e. 12.2m x 2.4m)
Subject to the design and practicality, often pre-manufactured to include the likes of pre-installed integral A/C and even exterior terraces.
Our high-end and frequently luxury Volumetric ‘Connoisseur’ homes and buildings when delivered, are also accompanied by our own team for site installation, (on a pre-prepared slab) and rapid assembly and completion, ready for occupation. This is Included in any quotation, and thus almost eliminating the requirement and additional cost for any additional on-site labour.
How rapid is rapid?
For example, it is possible that a 300m2 multi-level villa, from delivery to site and through to ready for occupation, potentially completed in little more than 3 or 4 weeks.
Please note:
With the potential range and possibility of ‘oversize and irregular’ dimensions and even non-linear shapes, for practicality and economy, it does however dictate that Volumetric ‘Connoisseur‘ buildings can only be delivered from factory to site by mega-truck.
I.e. They cannot realistically be sea-freighted.
FOLD-UP & FLAT-PACK
In total contrast to this, is our 'Fold-up' and 'Flat-Pack' range
FOLD-UP buildings.
Delivered ‘flattened’, and as the roof is ‘lifted’ once on site, they literally unfold, and can quickly and easily become a structurally sound, sealed and complete 14.5m2 modular unit, in just a couple of hours!
And that is complete with doors and windows, even patio doors if you want, already in-built.
Perfect for quick and portable site offices, or even easily delivered and assembled individual accommodation cabins for camp sites. Instant ‘Glamping’!
Exteriors can have additional decorative cladding applied on-site, to provide more individual and bespoke finishes and appearances.
FLAT-PACK
These are also delivered as the name implies, in flat-pack format. Although including more individual components, they are still quick and very straight-forward to assemble.
Flat-Pack offer more flexibility than their ‘Fold-up’ counterparts in that they can be interconnected to make larger open-plan interior connected units / multi-unit internal connected buildings.
In this Flat-pack format they can also can be stacked to achieve multi-levels.
Once again, these once assembled form individual 14.5m2 modules. (W- 2500mm x L- 5800mm x H-2560)
Both of the above formats can be removed from the initial location, transported and re-sited.
Both are supplied in multiple-units (shipped in one container) for maximum shipping economy.
COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
OUR BUILDING METHODS ARE PERFECTLY SUITED TO COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
Less commonly associated or even considered for prefabricated construction, Technium Space’s advanced prefabricated building methods are also well suited to all aspects of Commercial construction and development.
Innovative and imaginative, addressing not just more familiar larger scale multi-unit housing / residential projects and holiday villages, but all aspects of the Commercial and Industrial sector, with buildings of both far larger sizes and with multi-levels.
From apartments blocks of all shapes, sizes, designs, (and heights) to industrial warehouses, luxury hotels, commercial units, storage facilities, bespoke wedding venues, medical facilities, retail shopping centres, motels, holiday camp sites and leisure centres to name but a few.
Low-end Mass-volume Housing is also a part of the ‘Commercial sector’. (i.e. non-private projects)
Including permanent budget housing developments, first-time buyer homes, social and economic housing, Government housing programs and sheltered accommodation.
Commercial projects can also be addressed in 3D Fully Modular Construction formats.
In this format, either as described previously, (e.g. Fold-Up and Flat-Pack) or delivered, as pre-assembled 3D modular elements.
They provide the convenience of almost ‘instant-ready’ / rapid completion buildings.
Frequently addressing and catering for temporary or emergency housing needs, site dining halls, kitchens and facilities, site-worker accommodation and dormitories, shower blocks, hospitals, mobile medical units, site offices, coffee bars, showrooms, pop-up shops, exhibition modules etc.
